I started practicing yoga in an effort to manage my own anxiety and, through my practice, I discovered that yoga brings me joy.  I teach yoga not only to share that joy with others, but also to empower and support in a non-judgemental, relaxed environment.  Ideal for students who are beginners or who want to push themselves in a comfortable space, my classes are Hatha yoga based and focus on breathing into the Asanas and making taking time to hold space for yourself.


I am also lucky to be able to combine yoga with my passion for working with adults with learning and communication difficulties and I offer yoga classes specifically tailored to meet their needs.  My students have, through yoga, improved their speaking and listening skills, learned to manage their anxiety, increased their self-esteem and gained confidence in their abilities and their bodies.
