About me
I found yoga when I needed balance the most. Since then, yoga has been the foundation of my life and my desire to share yoga in a way that is accessible to everyone has led me to pursue a truly community based approach to my classes.
I am a qualified Yoga Therapist and registered with the Complementary and Natural Health Council. I am also an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher and have trained through the Special Yoga Foundation . For over fifteen years, I have worked with and taught young people and adults with learning disabilities so I am passionate about making my yoga classes accessible and tailored to meet the needs of all my students.
My yoga sessions are lighthearted and non-judgemental and I strive to help my clients find the sense of balance and groundedness that we so often lose sight of during our busy lives. I work with local inclusion charities and also provide one to one yoga and yoga therapy sessions locally, in person, and online.
